ACCOUNT ADMINISTRATOR (within the Service Relationship Management Team):

The role is to provide administrative support to the Service Relationship Management team, ensuring the team is able to support Aurora’s customers plus deliver administrative service support to a selection of Aurora customers who do not require full or desk-based Service Relationship Managers.
The role will suit a highly organised, confident individual who is keen to work in a growing business that will present opportunities for career progression. Perfect for someone wanting to climb the ladder within an established and highly efficient team.

Hours are 9am-5:30pm Monday to Friday.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare (or assist preparation of) service report packs for Service Relationship Managers
- Manage the software deployment schedule for all customers in accordance with change control processes
- Monitor incoming service requests and allocate to members of the SRM team / Aurora as required to address the customer’s request
- Maintain progress on activities, meeting notes, customer communications and actions within Aurora’s Affinity system
- Maintain customer details, notes and information within Aurora’s Affinity system, and support the SRM team to ensure details are maintained for all customers
- Identify and raise service improvement and roadmap development ideas to product and operational teams
- Maintain the Aurora brand values



ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
- Highly organised and able to manage and prioritise multiple concurrent tasks
- You will be proactive with a ‘get things done’ mind-set
- You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and able to build strong relationships with customers
- The ability to learn about the Aurora products and services and have the desire to understand and articulate their importance within the context of the customer environment
- You are self-motivated and enjoy the responsibility of dealing directly with some of the telecoms market’s leading resellers
