The Best Connection Employment Group are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to begin working for our client based in the Headcorn, Kent area.
Daily duties will include:
- Packing and labeling bottles
- Measuring, weighing and sorting fruit
- Ensuring the warehouse is kept clean and safe
- Ensuring the high and professional standards of the warehouse are maintained
- Working as part of a team as well as individually
- Reporting directly to shift managers
Candidates must be flexible to work on a rotating shift pattern over 5 days per week. Shift times can be seen below.
06:00 - 15:00
15:00 - 00:00
Shifts will alternate on a weekly basis.
Previous experience is beneficial but not essential as all training will be provided whilst on the job. You must also have a basic understanding of English.
In return you will receive:
- A pay rate between £8.21 - £9.44 per hour (dependent on shift times)
- An increased rate of pay after a successful 12 week period
- An overtime rate after 39 hours
- 28 days holiday per annum
- On-site training
Due to the location of the job, own transport is beneficial.
