Position Expectations
An exciting opportunity for a Junior Online Content Administrator to join the company’s Online Marketing Team. Reporting into the Online Marketing Manager, this role will support all online activities on web, email and social media. With a large web project on the horizon, this is an incredibly interesting time to be joining the Online Team and this role would be the perfect opportunity for someone looking to work with globally-recognised brands:

The ideal candidate would be an enthusiastic and detail-oriented self-starter who has a keen interest in digital marketing and a willingness to learn. Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail are absolute musts.

Key Duties
• Involvement in the day to day running of the website
• Gathering and updating product information
• Utilising the CMS to build landing pages, categories and product pages
• Involvement in product and campaign launches
• Checking and monitoring products to ensure high standards are maintained
• Work with Brand Marketing departments to ensure product information is correct
• Produce and upload news stories to the website
• Picking up queries from all departments and assisting to resolve these
• Support with testing new site functionality
• Work closely with Online Shopper Marketing Manager to merchandise the website effectively
• Using dotdigital, build and develop marketing emails for consumers
• Support ad hoc activities associated with the ongoing website project

Key Skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel is essential
• Copy-writing experience is essential (examples may be requested)
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is desirable but not essential
• Experience of Magento, Episerver or other ecommerce/CMS is desirable but not essential
• Experience of Microsoft AX is desirable but not essential
• Experience of dotdigital or other email marketing software is desirable but not essential
