Description: We have an exciting opportunity for a Kitchen Supervisor to join the team in our Green Cafe which is a very popular destination within the Garden Centre. The successful applicant will supervise the daily back of house catering operations through leading the kitchen and team to ensure that food and services exceed the expectations of our customers.

Hours of work: an average of 42 hours weekly to include alternate weekends

Skills and Experience: The successful applicant will:

- Have experience of working in a similar role within a busy professional catering environment
- Have a flair for producing outstanding food to a high standard
- Ability to motivate and supervise a team to deliver food and services within the required deadlines
- Have excellent customer service, communication and presentation skills
- Have a proactive approach and the ability to take responsibility and ownership
