RSFL are currently working in partnership with an established care provider in Ashford who are currently recruiting for part time Caretaker to work across all 3 of their Ashford sites.

• Hourly rate IRO £10.00 per hour

They are looking to appoint a conscientious and hard-working caretaker who takes pride in their work, you will be a highly organised individual that excels in a maintenance capacity.

You will be required to:
• Cover all aspects of general maintenance both internal and external
• Undertake installations, fault finding, repairing of doors, locks, windows, furniture, plumbing, drainage along with other tasks.
• Painting & decorating

The successful candidate will have good all-round maintenance experience with basic to intermediate skills in Painting, tiling, plumbing, carpentry & plumbing.

This is a part-time position for 25hrs per week and its essential that you have your own transport.

The successful candidate will be subject to an enhanced DBS check and two references.
