Thinking Fitness is a multi-functional sporting facility boasting a 40 station gym, sports hall and fitness studios. We are looking for a customer focused Senior Sports Coordinator to help us deliver a first class leisure experience.
Your new role
Reporting to the Sports Centre Manager, we are looking for candidates with experience in the leisure industry and with a real passion for sport. Ideally we are looking for candidates to hold, or be on their way to achieving a minimum REPs Level 2 Qualification, with further opportunities to undertake personal training. This is an exciting opportunity to join a brand new business in its infancy with plans for expansion and development for the right candidate.

What you will need to succeed
The role will oversee many responsibilities including the preparation of all areas for activities, supervising activities in the gym, running exercise classes, ensuring a welcoming front of house presence is delivered when the centre is open. We are also looking for individuals who can assume responsibility for centre operations including key holding, opening and/or closing of the centre. You must act as a role model to all support staff in offering excellent customer service and a positive approach.
You will have to be flexible with working hours and will be expected to work a mix of evenings and weekends.
