SMC Ford are looking for an experienced Receptionist to work within their FordStore in Thames Road, Crayford.
This key customer facing role would suit candidates with a friendly, outgoing and positive attitude, projecting a professional and courteous image at all times.
Duties include answering the dealership's switchboard, greeting all customers, maintaining customer enquiry records ensuring information is accurately recorded and referred to the appropriate staff member, keeping the reception area in accordance with dealership standards, as well as providing ad-hoc administration support to other departments when needed.
Applicants must have previous reception experience, possess good interpersonal skills and be able to demonstrate good customer care skills. Flexibility to cover holiday is essential in this role, which may involve weekend and bank holiday working.
Hours of work are 22.5 hours per week Monday to Thursday 1.00 pm to 6.00 pm and alternate Saturdays 1.00 pm to 6.00 pm.
Salary is £8.21 per hour.
