Helpdesk Administrator
Medway City Estate
£16,500 - £18,500 pa
Joining a family-run business with an excellent reputation, this role on their Customer Service Helpdesk is busy and varied and would suit a candidate who can multi-task while remaining calm and friendly.
The role of Helpdesk Administrator will include:-
* Answering incoming calls and emails from customers
* Passing queries or enquiries to most relevant department
* Managing a pool of subcontractors, allocating work to the most appropriate specialist
* Ensuring works are completed within agreed timescales
On the Helpdesk role, you will:-
* Have regular contact with clients and engineers, so a confident telephone manner is essential
* Be flexible and adaptable, as each call is different
* Be able to think on your feet, to find the best possible solution for your clients
Candidates from the following background are welcome to apply:-
* Construction administration
* Contact /Call centre
* Any helpdesk experience of scheduling engineers
* Administrative experience
The normal office hours are Monday-Friday 9am-6pm & 8am-5pm on a two-week rotating shift pattern, with coverage of the out-of-hours phone approx. 1 week per month.
