I am working in partnership with a fantastic international recruitment consultancy based in the heart of Tunbridge Wells. My client operate predominantly within Europe and have built an excellent market presence, working with some of Europe’s most well-known companies. As a result of the success within the European market, my client are determined to break into markets further afield and are seeking an experienced recruiter to spearhead this lucrative prospect.
Working as a Sales Manager you will be running your own desk from a business development perspective, building strong business relationships with international clients, understanding there requirements and enabling the company to grow its existing client base. In addition you will be assisting in the training and development of up to 8 consultants, working with Senior Management to motivate and drive them to achieve and exceed targets.
You will be a self-motivated, proactive recruitment consultant with excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate staff. For your hard work and commitment, you will be offered a fantastic basic salary and attractive commission structure, with a range of additional perks and benefits, including an excellent pension scheme ad-hoc trips away and staff engagement days!
