GRADUATE SCHEME Product Manager - Aylesford - £26k starting salary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Graduate to join a successful organisation based in Aylesford. This role will provide you with the full training and support to become a successful Product Manager within the space of 3 years!

Duties:

* Carrying out market research and analysis
* Developing new products
* Handling strategy and budget
* Management of product lifecycle
* Commercial responsibilities
* European travel to visit production sites

Requirements:

* Degree in Product Design, Engineering, Marketing, Business or similar
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Ability to work individually and as part of a team

Our client, a well established manufacturing company, is looking to employ an ambitious graduate who would like to submerse themselves within a commercial role. The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate with a keen interest to enhance their managerial capabilities within a Product Management position. The chosen candidate will be involved in the process end-end from conception through to the sale of the product.



Starting salary of £26k which will increase to £30k within your third year.
