Hays Construction & Property is working in partnership with Bexley Council we are looking to identify an experienced, highly skilled and qualified Receptionist ideally with SIA Supervisor licence.

Duties:


* Answering/Making telephone calls
* Emailing/Communication with staff to let them know people are in reception for them
* Over seeing the reception area and contact centre
* Confident to handle any security based situations that may arise
* Must be friendly and have good customer service skills



You should have proven track record of working on similar projects within a similar industry sector. You will have extensive knowledge.

You must be willing to undertake an Enhanced DBS check and be able to prove the last 3 years references.

Take the initiative to ensure that all processes, procedures and systems are carried out to the highest standard and ensuring that the service provided is in line with company standard. Attend departmental meetings and training sessions and operate in accordance with the instructions received.

Ensure all security measures are taken where applicable. Ensure all maintenance and services of equipment is conducted on a regular basis and assure all set safety & security procedures are adhered to.
