Following a recent internal reshuffle a new opportunity has arisen for a contracts manager to join the operations team on a permanent basis. The role is relatively urgent (notice period permitting) with interviews expected in the coming week.

Your new role
As contracts manager you will be working in a team of 3 reporting to the Construction Director. You will be managing between 3 - 4 projects with typically 3 live with a 4th in pre-contract stage. Whilst you will have the full support of the surveying & operations team you will have ultimate responsibility for your projects across H&S, programmes, budget, design and client liaison.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need previous experience of working with a main contractor at a project or contract manager level and be comfortable overseeing multiple schemes at strategic level. You will be comfortable travelling/working in Kent and be looking for a long term career move.
