What will I be doing?

By joining the IT Team, you will have the opportunity to act as the last line of support for all incidents, requests, problems and changes associated to storage, virtualisation and other infrastructure as required.



You will be…



* The SME in the following areas: Storage and Virtualisation
* Mentoring support analysts and junior support staff in all aspects of your specialism
* Ensuring that all service management procedures are adhered to
* Delivering routine management, monitoring and reporting capabilities in your area of infrastructure
* Collaborating in delivery with 3rd parties; ensuring consistent standards are maintained at all times



The Ideal Candidate:

Previous work experience in a complex corporate IT infrastructure role

Strong knowledge of configuration around HP SAN Storage and a corporate virtualisation environment

A degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical degree

At least one technical qualification (Microsoft, Cisco, Citrix, VM or another)

ITIL V3 Foundation certified or experience working in an ITIL environment
