Joining an expanding and innovative company, this role as Quantity Surveyor will ensure all projects meet financial and service level expectations
The role of Quantity Surveyor will include:-
* Ensuring all projects meet financial and service level expectations
* Analysis of tender allowances
* Ensuring specification differences are recorded and actioned in an appropriate manner
* Measurement and valuation for valuations, variations and final accounts
* Administer and advise on Main Contract and Sub Contractor conditions
* Cash management, cash flow and turnover forecasting
* Subcontractor payments, variations and final accounts
The ideal candidate will have experience from a similar role within Construction or Architecture
