Performing general surgeries, cosmetic surgery, non-surgical cosmetic treatments and physiotherapy, this business are continuing to build a superior service to deliver all healthcare needs and at a service level their clients demand.
Position Expectations
This is an opportunity for a highly self-motivated, 'can-do' individual. If you are able to work on your own initiative in this stand-alone role, communicate effectively, and take ownership of issues in a fast paced, busy environment, this may be the role for you.
• Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail
• Providing personal assistant support to medical staff
• Answering phone calls and arranging appointments
• Writing letters or recording medical notes
• Ensuring medical samples are properly labelled
• Filing and typing up reports
• Providing administrative assistance with medical research
Qualifications and Experience
• Maths and English (GCSE or equivalent) Grace C or above
• Audio Typist Qualification
• Proven experience working in a medical environment
• Proven experience working in an audio typist role or similar
• Good working knowledge of Word/Excel/Outlook
• Organised and methodical in approach
