An exciting new Customer Support Executive / Account Manager opportunity has become available in Tunbridge Wells for a successful client due to growth and expansion within the team.
Key responsibilities:
* Deliver a professional and courteous service to effectively support Business and Residential customers
* Handle incoming hunt group and direct calls, meeting KPI's
* Make outbound calls to customers and suppliers
* Respond to written communication from customers and business partners
* Accurately log and update items management system
* Accurately set up and maintain customer records and charge information on billing system
* Effectively manage a pool of work allocated by your line manager
* Place and manage customer orders on external portals and systems
* Log and manage customer faults on external portals and systems
* Ensure that internal and supplier processes are strictly adhered to
* Liaise with internal and external departments where required
* Complete any other relevant task as delegated to you by the Head of Customer Service
* Pro-actively identify opportunities to retain and grow existing customer business
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years customer / account
* Consistently demonstrate a passion for service delivery and a desire to support customers
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Must be computer literate; Microsoft Excel skills preferred
* Be highly motivated and willing to contribute to team objectives
* An interest in technology and unified communications is desirable
* Must be proactive and able to adapt to changes
