Health & Safety Manager

Based in Thanet

£300 Per Day

We are currently recruiting a Health & Safety Manager for our client based in Thanet. Part of this role will be to develop the site health and safety plans and policies, as well as carry out H&S quality and safety audits.

Duties & Responsibilities

* Development of Site Health & Safety Plans & Policies
* Work closely with management team to deliver a safe working environment
* Enforce and monitor H&S policies onsite
* Accident/incident investigation & report preparation
* Develop and review site & operational risk assessments
* Develop & review induction/job specific risk assessments
* Liaise with contractors for H&S requirements and approve for site
* Deliver induction requirements to new staff, contractors and visitors
* Develop and deliver toolbox talks
* Monitor H&S compliance, policies and laws
* Report to management team any non-compliant H&S issues
* Prepare and report H&S statistics for management team
