Are you a Storesperson with experience in stock control and inventory systems? Are you organised, efficient and IT literate?

We are looking for a Stores and Inventory Clerk for our client based in Edenbridge. This role requires a good standard of IT literacy, written and spoken English, and experience in a stores or stock control position.

Duties of the role include:
- Performing all data entry for stock room transactions
- Storing parts and products in bins and on shelves in an organised fashion
- Distributing parts to production operatives, keeping a record of all materials issues.
- Performing stock checks and comparing to computer records
- Resolving any discrepancies in stock and data held
- Maintaining an inventory and other stock records on the computer and printed reports
- Maintaining and setting up IT databases
- Controlling incoming deliveries and storing appropriately.

This role would suit someone from a warehousing or stores background. This role may suit someone from an administrative background or with good CRM/database knowledge.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Related experience or training
- Ability to read and comprehend simple written instructions and short correspondence
- Excellent reading and writing skills
- Excellent numeracy skills
- Stores or warehousing experience
- Excellent IT skills
