Our mission is to transform and enhance the IT services industry and we are looking for talented like-minded people to work with us to deliver this change. Our latest role is for a full time Lead Technical Consultant to come and work with us and be a part of something really exciting.

The person we are looking for has the skills to manage their own workload & projects across multiple clients as well as supporting the team to deliver their projects.

You will provide leadership, drive and focus to the technical teams, deliver technical consultancy services, create and design technical solutions for our customers and be the escalation point for technical issues across a wide variety of market sectors and locations for our managed service customers.

The successful candidate will:
• Take ownership and lead the current technical teams
• Demonstrate a high level of technical ability to support and manage critical infrastructure services
• Be able to question and critique technical projects and deployments as the SME
• Ensure continued performance of the teams, utilising KPI’s to measure, monitor and improve their performance
• Identify training needs and promote learning within the Technical Team
• Have keen attention to detail and be a champion for documentation
• Be results driven with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven involvement in delivering complex technical projects

• Continue to maintain your knowledge, for example, reading relevant literature, attending conferences and seminars
• Have keen attention to detail and good analytical capabilities
• Conceptualise and design complex solutions, within highly available customer environments
• Perform presales activity in support for our customers by creating both high level designs and low level delivery documentation
Desirable qualities:
• Experience with Cloud platforms
• Experience working within the public sector
• Technical qualifications within the industry

The successful applicant will be required to travel to various client sites so having a current driving licence would be an advantage.
