As the Paid Digital Acquisition Manager, you are ultimately responsible for delivering the paid digital KPI's into the business. The companies paid digital channels are the most critical and dynamic growth marketing channel in the business, therefore the visibility and autonomy in this role is significant. You will be responsible for ensuring that the companies traffic acquired from primarily Google and Facebook meets the ROI goals of the business and will be expected to take timely action when necessary. You will need strong analytical and problem solving skills to be successful in this role.

You will also be responsible for conversion rate optimisation (CRO) for the business across all digital channels, including setting up and managing this aspect.



The position of the Paid Digital Acquisition Manager is a highly collaborative one and, as such, you would work closely with a wide range of teams. Including but not limited to;

* The marketing team in terms of branding, web design and content in identifying and implementing necessary changes to existing SEM campaigns strategies, content, and approaches that will in turn improve the performance of paid search campaigns
* External agencies in terms of proactively managing our Search and CRO retainers
* Media partners including Google and Facebook
* The wider business management team e.g. for the purpose of departmental budgetary allocations, executing new approved strategies for search campaign development, and ensuring that these are in line with the business's overall goals

Skills and experience required for this role:

* A bachelor's degree in a business or a quantitative discipline such as Marketing
* Working experience in the field of SEM marketing. You will demonstrate proficiency and extensive knowledge in SEM best practices and the workings of key search engines
* Ms Word, and Ms Excel skills
* Excellent communication skills, both in verbal and in written form
* Highly organised, detail oriented problem solver
* Able to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
* A team player but also be self-motivated
* Excellent project management skills
* Clear technical and analytical mind-set, experience working with large sets of data
* Google Partners Certification is mandatory
* Experience using A/B testing tools (e.g. VWO) and a good understanding of best conversion practices
* Proficiency in using web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Hotjar)
* An ability to work collaboratively with a multi-discipline team, both external and internal



The hours of work for this role are Monday - Friday 9am-5:30pm and free parking is available.
