Assistant Management Accountant job based near Ashford £26k-£33k DOE need recent Management Accounts prep exp

Your new company
You will be working for an established organisation based on the outskirts of Ashford. The Assistant Management Accountant job has become available due to a mixture of maternity, paternity and business growth. Due to company location you will need access to your own transport.

Your new role
You will be responsible for the preparation of management accounts, budgets and group reporting. You will assist the FC in ensuring the delivery of all projects, produce KPI information, reconciliation of accounts and journal entries. You will produce monthly stock related variance reports, produce sales, costs & margins on a weekly basis and various ad hoc reporting.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need previous experience in a similar role and must have recent experience of preparing management accounts and variance analysis. You will have excellent Excel skills with at least pivot tables and vlookups. You will be at least AAT qualified or QBE. Ideally you would have worked within an FMCG, Manufacturing, Logistics type organisation.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary in the range of £26k - £33k dependant on experience. Study support maybe available to the right person after successful completion of probation period.
