Clark James Recruitment are working with a long-established firm of Independent Financial Advisors based in Canterbury, Kent.

Due to expansion within the team our client are keen to recruit a Financial Services Administrator.

Role

• Working within the Advisor support team the successful applicant will assist with processing applications on behalf of clients once the advisory team have completed the applications.
• Ensuring applications are correct and submitting them to providers (usually electronically via platforms) and then ensuring they are followed through to completion.
• The position requires a methodical approach and attention to detail.

Candidate

• Previous experience working within an Independent Financial Advisor preferred, particularly those familiar with platforms and back office software
• Excellent communication, attention to detail and presentation skills
• Able to work within a team combined with the ability to work individually
• Candidate with strong administration experience (who are willing to learn/study) may also be considered

Package

• Basic salary - £20,000 - £24,000 dependent on experience
• Potential earnings of £30,000 subject to performance
• Excellent benefits
