Job Title: Membership Sales Consultant

Salary: £24,000+ OTE including uncapped commission and base salary

Location: Gillingham

Start: ASAP

Hours: Full-Time including evenings and weekends

Minimum 1 year sales required

We are looking for a motivated, target driven and enthusiastic sales person to join our team and to play a big part in our club's success.

If you've got the right attitude, talent and personality, then you’ll be a great addition to our team.

Your role will involve:

• Selling memberships on a face to face basis
• Generating prospects by building relationships inside and outside of the club
• Booking tours and appointments to showcase your club, building rapport, identifying individual needs and matching the facilities to these needs
• Working to set targets whilst delivering great customer service
• Having in depth product knowledge and working with all club departments
• Following the Roko Way sales processes

• Motivated, target driven, enthusiastic and flexible
• Have a keen interest in the fitness industry with excellent interpersonal skills
• Personable, confident and able to build relationships with everyone
• Enjoy a fast paced, demanding and rewarding environment
• Good telephone skills and enjoy face to face sales contact
• Organised and professional with personal integrity
