Your new role
Manage & develop a small Finance ream. Ensure adherence to company's financial control framework. Part of senior management team, growing the business, formulating strategies & plans. Provide analysis & guidance to influence decision-making. Responsible for all statutory reporting. Planning & forecasting, Business partner non-finance colleagues. Manage cash flow. Review processes & systems.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA). Experience in practice as well as industry would be advantageous but not essential if you have knowledge of statutory requirements. Staff management, training & development experience. Ability to produce accounts for companies within the group. Critical thinking & analysis skills. Experience of post-acquisition integration. Strong communicator & influencer. Advanced Excel.
