The role: You will responsible for the day-to-day management of our rough sleeper service in Dartford, Gravesham, Sevenoaks, Maidstone, Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells and Swale. This is a team that supports people on the streets, helping them to find suitable accommodation and get support for any other problems they are facing.

You will provide advice, support and mentoring to the rough sleeper service team. Monitoring and evaluating the will also be a big part of this role.

As manager, you will be able to shape the way that this service is run and influence the many external organisations Porchlight works with.

This role requires:

In-depth experience of supporting homeless or vulnerable people who have complex and varying needs
The ability to lead a team and get the best from them
Strong communication and relationship skills with people from a range of organisations
Experience of managing internal quality and audit processes.
