Finance Team Administrator
Full Time 35 hours per week
Salary Grade 4 £16,660 per annum
Diocesan House, Canterbury
The Finance team ensures the smooth financial running of the Diocese serving those in the parishes, deaneries and Church of England schools. We are looking to appoint an Administrator to be the first point of contact for the finance office.
With good interpersonal skills, you will be responsive to enquiries from parishes, staff and suppliers. Drawing on your administrative skills and understanding of financial processes you will be responsible for inputting transactions on the sales ledger and purchase ledger as well as offering data processing support for our Gift Aid process.
A working knowledge of Excel is desirable.
