We are seeking an experienced Customer Services Manager to join a globally-recognised Manufacturer.
You will be leading a team of busy Customer Service Advisors, ensuring they're able to work effectively and provide a First Class Service to customers.
Overseeing all staff training, you'll be expected to lead by example and implement any changes where needed to drive success.
Solid call centre management experience is essential.
General duties to include:
* Maintain, improve and implement working procedures across the team
* Develop the team to assist in the delivery of sales targets
* Manage all personnel related matters regarding the customer service team to include; performance management, training needs, recruitment and selection
* Liaise with relevant teams on all aspects of order processing and dispatch of special orders
* Raising any product issues with the relevant departments
* Reviewing high risk payments and conducting regular audits regarding refund processing
* Act as the first point of escalation for any Customer Service issues that the Team are unable to deal with
Key Skills and Experience:
* Previous experience in call centre management
* Ability to work in a busy, high pressure environment
* First class customer service skills
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Strong decision-making abilities
* Excellent organisational and administration skills
* Be prepared to work additional hours as and when required
