I am exclusively recruiting for a Payroll Assistant for my client based in Sittingbourne. The ideal candidate would need to be available immediately for a year’s contract and be able to show experience with the below duties:
The duties:
• Processing pay
• Processing allowances and expenses
• Resolving queries on pay
• Maintain & reconcile savings
• Making monthly Inland Revenue payments for PAYE/NIC/Apprenticeship Levy etc
• Producing P11Ds for staff at tax year end
• Producing year end P60 reports and reconciling P35 report at year end
• Reconciling pension schedules monthly
• Administration of private medical scheme and death in service scheme
• Payroll journals and month end reconciliation
