I am currently recruiting for a specialist academic and education provider that is seeking an eager and enthusiastic Administration Team Leader to join a small, friendly office environment.
Duties will include:-
- Leading a team of 3 Administrators
- Processing leads
- Collating and reporting of figures
- General Administration
- Data Input
- Providing support to the General Manager
- Email and telephone correspondence
Skills, experience, and attributes:-
- Computer competent
- Experienced in Excel and Word
- Organised and great time management
- To be able to think outside the box and make decisions individually
- Great attention to detail
- Customer focused and strive to provide quality Customer Service at all times
- To have a strong desire to learn to add value to the company
- Professional telephone manner
The hours are 09:00 - 17:30 (Monday to Friday)
