Customer Service inbound Call handlers
£17500 per annum, plus progression to earn more

Shift pattern 40 hours per week
This exceptional role is working for one of the fastest expanding businesses on Kings Hill, who after 20 years and now are one of the largest UK organisations in their market.

The position itself will involve taking calls from customers, discussing services, guiding them through documentation and processing payments.
You must have excellent communication skills, with a passion for providing high end customer service. Experience within a customer focused role is essential as is administrative and IT skills.
Salary: £17,500 as a starting salary but this will be reviewed every 4 months and can increase to £20,000 per annum
Hours: You will work full time, a 9 hour day on a rota basis 8am - 5m, 9am - 6pm, 10am-7pm and 11am - 8pm.
You will also work 2 weekend days per month 9am - 5pm. This flexible shift pattern allows a great work / life balance.
