Our client is looking for a self starter to assist and support the Residential Development Sales director in the execution and delivery of all marketing .
Key tasks will include:
- Implementing regional marketing campaigns including both online, social media and offline marketing activity and providing effective reporting on the success of the campaign.
- Assisting in the production of any in-house and external customer publications.
- Managing the regional advertising budget and be responsible for running individual site and corporate advertising & media schedules
- Assisting with the collation and management of quarterly newsletters and monthly e-showcase and auctioning individual site email campaigns.
- Assisting with the management of our web pages and put together regularly website analytics reports and track advertising responses with website traffic.
- General admin duties
The ideal candidate must be degree qualified and preferably hold a CIM qualification or similar. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential as well as a good understanding of digital marketing. Experience of working in the property industry would be advantageous. This is a great and varied role.
