I am currently recruiting a New Home Sales Advisor to cover a Development in Faversham for a Leading Estate Agency.

In this role you will need to have ambition, a desire to succeed, and the ability to achieve against targets.

Responsibilities as a New Home Sales Advisor:

- Meeting and greeting customers establishing great relationships and "Helping" your customers make their dream move
- Selling New Homes
- Recognise the opportunity to help further and present useful products and services
- Instinctively know how to initiate potential leads and refer customers to relevant colleagues
- Keep in touch by liaising and communicating with Developers (Our Customers)

Thee ideal candidate will need experience of working on New Homes sales sites, confidence, a fantastic telephone manner, great at building rapport and have a genuine love of helping customers and a hardworking attitude with the desire and determination to achieve your targets.

Basic Salary: £25k (OTE £40k)

Working week: 5 days a week including weekends
