Account Manager - Tunbridge Wells - £25 - 30k
Our client based in Tunbridge Wells is currently recruiting an Account Manager to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for a candidate who is looking to enhance their current skills and experience within a target driven and fast paced working environment.
Main responsibilities:
* Handling inbound and outbound calls to new and existing customers
* Creating opportunities to up-sell products
* Providing excellent customer service and handling any customer queries
* Analysing market trends and reports to maximise sales
* Building and maintaining relationships with clients
Requirements:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Minimum of 2 years experience working in a targeted working environment
* B2B sales experience
* Excellent customer service skills
* Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Outlook)
