Mattressnextday are looking for someone to join our sales and customer services team. The role involves working from our Showrooms in Hersden, Canterbury and Herne Bay.
The Job roles covered by the Showroom Sales Assistant include:
· Providing a helpful, polite manner Customer Sales experience at all times
· Telesales & Customer Services calls
· Ensuring the Showroom floors are stocked and maintained at all times
· Pricing/labelling of Showroom stock
· Producing monthly showroom reports or on request
· Assemble & disassemble beds/furniture when required
· Process credit applications through V12 – customers who qualify
· Assist the Sales Office with other duties when required
· Any other tasks that may arise
Work times are:
5 days a week (only on exceptional occasion may you be asked to work 6 days in any one week)
Weekdays 9am – 5pm (occasionally 6pm if required) with 30 minutes lunch break.
Saturday & Bank Holidays 10am – 4pm.
Saturdays are worked on a rota, when working a Saturday a weekday is given as time off.
