We currently have vacancies for Machine Operators to join our client's team. These are temp - perm vacancies meaning that after an initial 12 week period you will be offered a permanent contract and taken on permanently by our client.
Duties
You will be trained to operate various machines within a manufacturing and production area. Previous experience in working within a similar environment would be advantageous. You must be able to work quickly and efficiently and having a good eye for detail is an important skill for this role. We also expect applicants to be reliable, have excellent timekeeping and be willing to commit to the job at hand. Some packing, labeling, and paperwork may also be involved.
Shift Pattern
You will be working 48 hours per week, working on a 4 on 4 off pattern means you need to be flexible and available to work any of the 7 days per week.
(We do have night shift hours available also - however you will need to be able to complete training on a day shift initially)
Location
Our client is based in Medway City Estate, Rochester. Therefore you must be able to make your own way to and from work during these working hours.
