Our client is looking for a Resourcer to join their team here in Sandwich...could that be you?

After becoming fed up with clichéd recruitment consultancies with pictures of people smiling and shaking hands on their websites, our client decided they were going to be different. Their well-established team work with clients across the healthcare sector, including both the NHS and private companies, to find nurses, pharmacists, radiographers etc.

In order to meet our long-term growth plans we are now looking to expand our team.

6 months of recruitment or sales experience is desirable.

What will your day to day involve?

You will be given a personal development plan, structured training and coaching from day one. As a member of our resourcing team you will be responsible for:

Finding the very best talent from a range of sources (Our CRM system, job boards,social media sites etc)
Speaking with our candidates, and find out if they're going to be right for our clients
Gaining specialist market sector knowledge, and scoping out the best talent.
