QUALITY CONTROL TECHNICIAN REQUIRED FOR A PAINT MANUFACTURING COMPANY
To be successful in this role you will have a strong commitment to quality, excellent attention to detail and accuracy, a can do attitude. You will possess a proactive approach to communication and teamwork to ensure we provide the best service to our customers.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO BECOME OUR QUALITY CONTROL TECHNICIAN.
Some type of chemistry qualification ONC, HNC, A-Level would be beneficial.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF OUR QUALITY CONTROL TECHNICIAN
Testing paint and raw materials according to the product specification using prescribed test methods.
Calibrate and maintain department equipment in line with established procedures.
Accurately maintain a quality database.
Maintain the highest standard of plant hygiene through regular testing and controlling to the required standard.
Full compliance with health & safety procedures and practice.
Contribute to the achievement of plant production targets.
Active contribution to continuous improvement initiatives.
Working Hours: 08.30am - 5.30pm
The Company Is a Strictly Non Smoking Environment on Site Due To The Nature Of The Business
WILL NEED TRANSPORT DUE TO LOCATION
