PART TIME ADMINISTRATOR VACANCY – SITTINGBOURNE

Working from our offices in Sittingbourne, Kent, the successful Candidate will be capable of carrying out all administration and co-ordination required to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the companies Building, Mechanical and Electrical business activities.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Logging initial job enquiries and pass to Project managers for quotation.
Handling of maintenance and callouts.
Co-ordinate with client and engineers / subcontractors an agreed project start date.
Obtain any required subcontractor RAMS and issue to client.
Prepare and issue purchase orders for equipment and / or materials.
Prepare and issue purchase orders for any specialist subcontractors
Prepare and issue RAMS applicable to our engineers scope of works.
Schedule required resource on calendar and issue to engineers.
Issue the appropriate documentation for completion by engineers / subcontractors.
Co-ordinate all administration relating to subcontractor and engineer site activities.
Gather and file all required delivery notes and any POD for goods delivered directly to site.
As required maintain contract file throughout project.
Process engineer worksheets and certificates for job completion, updating our internal systems, and preparing required invoice information.
Ensure any required 'As Fitted' drawings are issued for CAD preparation
General administration, co-ordination and call handling for the above.

Quotations:
Log sales enquiries onto system.
Create required estimate and quotation documents from Contract managers brief.
Obtain approval prior to issue of quotation.
Issue quotation, and update system with status changes.

General
Logging and creating enquiries.
General Filing / Administration duties for Contract Managers
Assist with customer contact via email and telephone.

Package
Hours of work are flexible and negotiable and may well suit a Candidate requiring a Monday - Friday 9.30am - 3.30pm working week.

Starting salary between £10/hr and £11/hr depending on experience.

Holiday entitlement will be pro-rata to a full time position, and based on 20 days per annum plus 8 recognised UK bank holidays.

Subject to eligibility, the successful applicant will be enrolled on our Company auto-enrolment pension scheme after completion of a successful probationary period.

An immediate start is possible for the right Candidate.
