We are looking for a Chef /Cook to join our team at the Courtyard Restaurant, Brogdale Farm, Faversham. the Applicant must be able to work alone and occasionally under pressure with a Home Prepared and Cooked Menu.
Requirements are that you are available to work weekends, Festivals and Bank Holidays. The location is the Home of the National Fruit Collection and is Tourist destination throughout the year with Overseas and UK based Coach Parties, we also enjoy a large local customer base of regular customers.
Part time hours 4 days a week, with ample opportunity to increase that with Festivals, Large Bookings etc.
Hours: 08:30am - 3pm-3.30pm depending on footfall. Opening hours: 9 am- 4pm (Closure Varies on festivals). No evenings except under special circumstances and during the Christmas Period.
