An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Desk Coordinator to join our expanding and established local company.
Reporting to the Service Desk Supervisor, the job role requires a high level of customer service and communication skills, together with a positive attitude to hard work and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. This role involves reacting to call outs, booking in of planned works, dealing with external customers and our own technicians on a daily basis to ensure the smooth running of the desk, finishing with invoicing of completed works.
Accuracy and attention to detail is vital and the ideal candidate will be computer literate with good numeracy skills, strong administrative background.
