Serviced Office Centre Manager



Based in Ealing, London



£25,000 - £30,000 Per Annum (Depending on Experience)



Do you have experience within the serviced office sector? Are you from a customer facing background? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for to join a brand new centre as their Centre Manager.



Our client, an award-winning serviced office provider with serviced offices based all over London, is currently looking to recruit a Serviced Office Centre Manager to work on a full time, permanent basis for one of their largest buildings. This will be a single site role.



You will be earning a salary of £25-£30K per annum depending on experience, plus some excellent benefits.



As the successful Serviced Office Centre Manager, you will ensure that the centre runs smoothly overseeing all aspects of Reception, Finance, Stock, Customer Service, IT, Couriers, Facilities, Catering and more.



You will work alongside the Operations staff ensuring that clients high expectations are met at all levels providing exceptional customer service.





Skills required…



* Strong ability to problem solve, delegate, multi-task, plan and organise
* A strong communicator with a direct and open style
* Enthusiasm and drive with evidence of "going the extra mile" coupled with strong client focus, a flexible and resilient attitude
* The ability to remain calm under pressure
* A willingness to "own the problem"
* Good understanding of communications rooms, patching and internet provision
