Recruitment Administrator / Trainee Consultant
Pearson Whiffin Education is currently recruiting for a confident and motivated administrator to join the busy Education team in the Sittingbourne office. This role will start ASAP and working hours will be 8.00 - 4.30.
You will be working alongside the Business Manager, to ensure that the Education team has a steady stream of quality candidates who are looking for daily supply, long term roles or permanent opportunities within schools. You will manage the complex vetting and security checks process and manage a database of candidate information.
The successful candidate will undertake training to develop the administration role and for the right person move into recruitment consultancy.
Key roles and responsibilities:
* Arranging and attending candidate registrations
* Creating eye catching adverts to attract new candidates
* Keeping in touch with existing candidates, ensuring you keep up to date with their availability to work
* Marketing - email and social media
* Managing vetting and security checks
* Event management e.g. organising open days
* Managing any stationary orders that the office requires
* General administrative duties
