A Conference and Events Coordinator is required to join the busy team that actively promotes the accommodation and conference facilities of the Canterbury Cathedral Lodge. This varied and interesting role includes the preparation of quotes for clients and liaising with 3rd party suppliers supporting the various services and facilities offered by the Lodge.
You will deal efficiently with clients to finalise details of their event, by building strong relationships through regular contact by telephone, email and in person and liaise closely with other relevant departments within the Lodge and Cathedral Precincts to ensure flawless events.
Candidates should have relevant experience in a similar role, exceptional organisational, communication and host skills, thrive when working under pressure and be fully computer literate with experience of event booking software.
