We're looking for a motivated Marketing Executive who wants to take ownership for developing their skills and experience whilst being given the opportunity to work on a number of interesting tasks & projects.

Work will be focused around delivering a compelling experience for our target audience - hooking them in with creative messaging that stands out, engaging them on our website and social platforms, continuing the 'conversation' via email / social and, ultimately, presenting them with such a compelling opportunity that they can't say no! You won't simply be coming up with ideas, you also need to be someone who executes on them and 'gets stuff done.'

You will be the classic 'self-starter' and should have some examples of content (design / photography / copywriting etc) that you can show us.

Personal requirements:

-Curious - both creatively and analytically (we're not simply about posting pretty pictures, you'll need to dig into the numbers too)
-Takes ownership
-Thinks differently - you'll want to understand our audience's psychology and the deeper reasons behind their purchasing decision

-An eye for design and visuals
