Position: Marketing Executive
Location: Real Group Ltd, Kent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week full time
Salary: £23 - 25K dependent on experience + pension + bonus

About you

As part of ongoing team expansion and development, we're looking for a Marketing Executive with 2-3 years relevant experience, to support the marketing and sales team with a variety of business-critical activities including events management, digital marketing, email marketing and market research. The Marketing Executive would primarily be working on the Real Training (www.realtraining.co.uk) and Dyslexia Action (www.dyslexiaaction.org.uk) brands, but would also have the opportunity to be involved in projects in other areas of the group.

Candidate requirements

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:

● Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
● Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal and team working skills and the ability to work with a diverse range of customers and colleagues.
● Basic experience in creating and delivering marketing campaigns across website, email, SEO, AdWords and social platforms.
● Experience in events management preferred.
● Strong market research skills, to deliver insight into market trends and competitor activity.
● Reporting and data manipulation skills to analyse findings from customer feedback scores and questionnaires.
● A good understanding of CRM systems.
● Experience working within an education environment is desirable. Many of our clients work in educational institutions.
● Self-motivation to achieve goals using your initiative, responsibility and attention to detail being able to keep within plans and budgets.
