Our Sevenoaks client is in need of an Office Assistant to join their successful Construction company.
As the Office assistant, you would mainly be dealing with clerical tasks such as administration, managing the company enquiries inbox, data entry, updating systems, assisting customers over the phone and offering excellent customer service.
Requirements:
• Microsoft Office Skills
• Excellent time keeping skills
• Professional telephone manner
• Willingness to learn
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Great Communication
Duties:
• Assisting with the day-to-day office operations, such as document management
• Dealing with emails
• Data input
• Scanning, filing, archiving, printing, binding and shredding
• Receiving & making telephone calls - Must have a competent telephone manner.
• Assisting and preparing documentation
