Maintenance person for multi-site residential building and commercial building holding company, based in and around Aylesford.
The candidate will need truly excellent and comprehensive references.
They will be required to have good and neat basic plumbing, carpentry and electrical troubleshooting and minor repair skills, as well as substantial previous experience.
An excellent driving record is required and a company vehicle may be provided for the
right candidate.
This role might suit a semi-retired trades person.
Availability hours will be Monday - Saturday. The work will approximate a 2 day week initially, although the work can be spread over several partial days.
The mix of work will be 50% preventative maintenance, cleaning and painting, 25% emergency troubleshooting and 25% driving and transport duties locally.
