Commercial Claims Handler - Orpington - £23 - £28k
Our client is currently looking for an experienced claims handler to join their commercial team.
Duties:
* Handling inbound and outbound claims queries
* Liaising with clients and Insurance companies
* Advising clients about Risk Management
* Producing accurate claims reports
* Maintaining Compliance procedures for FCA Regulation
* Adhering to company targets and objectives
Requirements:
* 1 year + claims experience
* Cert CII qualified desirable
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* High attention to detail
* Ability to develop strong client relationships
* Negotiation skills
* Excellent customer service skills
This is a great opportunity for an individual who is looking to further their skills and experience within the insurance industry. Our client will provide you with the necessary training and support to see you succeed within your new role.
Regular hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm
