JOB TITLE: Candidate Consultant (1 year maternity contract)

LOCATION: Ashford

CO. TYPE: We are part of a global group but we run our office as though it is our own - the best of both worlds!

HOURS: Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm / 8:30-5pm

The duties in your new job would be:

* Supporting one of Office Angel's most successful Temporary Recruitment Consultant, we recruit more Temps than any other agency in Ashford
* Full training will be provided to complete a variety of tasks in a busy yet fun office
* Advertising job vacancies, writing adverts for websites and social media
* Calling candidates to discuss their application and pre-screen them for temporary work
* Interviewing temporary candidates face to face in our office and matching them to the roles we are recruiting for
* Keeping in touch and building relationships with our candidates, ensuring we give them a premium service
* Providing administrative support to your Consultant, including assisting with all compliance related administration
* Processing payroll for our Temps, logging holiday, sending references, requesting P45's - accuracy is key
* Then there's the creative fun stuff; running competitions for your Temps, delivering Temp lunches, awarding 'Angel of the Month', and any other ideas you may have!
* Working in a reactive and fast paced office alongside your Consultant, most Temporary roles need covering immediately so speed is essential
* If you enjoy getting out of the office and meeting people then we can take you to visit the companies that we recruit for, you can also attend sales meetings, the variety is there in this role
