Chef De Partie -4-Star Hotel

One Warwick Park's 4-star boutique hotel's restaurant, SEVENTEEN, are seeking a Chef De Partie to join their talented and passionate kitchen brigade. The restaurant, which is situated just a stone's throw away from the famous Pantiles and only a few minutes' walk from Tunbridge Wells train station brings a luxury guest experience to the town and has a track record of training and developing staff into senior positions.



Salary: £21,000-£25,000 (equivalent to £8.97-£10.68 per hour)



Hours: 45 hours per week



Responsibilities:



You will be catering for a 70-seat restaurant, a 120-seat function room, bar food and room service. The restaurant serves British dishes using flavours and influences from around the world using modern cooking techniques, seasonality and presentation.



Experience and Qualifications:



* 4 years as a commis chef and have at least NVQ/SVQ Level 2 or equivalent
* Experience of working banquets up to 180 people and restaurant service for 80 covers
* Creative flair and high standards of "a la carte" style food presentation
* Experience working in a busy kitchen
